Refund policy

- For an exchange or refund, you can return your products within 4 days, simply return the unopened items and please return them with proof of purchase "receipt" 

- In case you identify any item missing or defective from your online order, you may notify us within a maximum period of 2 days from the date of delivery.

- Any defective product will be replaced after collecting the product.

- If the returns criteria are not met fully, we may refuse the return.

- All Used Fabric products
- All Used Food items
- All Customized Items
- Products that have been modified, altered or washed
