- For an exchange or refund, you can return your products within 2 days, simply return the unopened items and please return them with proof of purchase "receipt" 

- In case you identify any item missing or defective from your online order, you may notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of delivery.

- Any defective product will be replaced after collecting the product.

- If the returns criteria are not met fully, we may refuse the return.

- Free Delivery applies only to successful orders that have been fully paid for and successfully delivered.

- If an order is refused upon delivery, cancelled after shipment, returned, exchanged, or refunded, the customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping and return shipping costs.

- The shipping cost will depend on the product, package size, and delivery location. An amount ranging from EGP 400 to EGP 2,500 may be deducted from the refundable amount to cover shipping, handling, and return costs.

- For exchanges, the customer is also responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original product and delivering the replacement product.

- By placing an order, the customer agrees to these delivery, return, exchange, and refund terms.

- Purchases that are not refundable

- All Used Bedroom Products 
- All Used Fabric products
- All Used Food items
- All Customized Items
- Products that have been modified, altered or washed
