Terms of service

- To confirm and process any order, advance payment of 1,000 EGP is required. Orders will only be considered confirmed once the advance payment has been successfully received through our payment channels Instapay, or Mobile Wallet. This amount will be deducted from the total order value upon final payment.

-  Full Payment has to be paid upon COD orders

- In case you identify an item missing or defective from your online order, you may notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of delivery.

- Any defective product will be replaced after collecting the product.

- The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery is 15,000 EGP

- Orders exceeding COD limit of 15k are subject to a 50% deposit to confirm the order.

- Customized items are subject to 50% deposit in advance
